OUR STORY
What’s in a name?
2015, I moved to Missoula, Montana to be closer to my daughter that was going to college. As a tradition in my family Sunday lunch has always been about good food, family time and lots of laughter. I wanted to continue this tradition with her. In doing this she would invite her friends that were away from their families. The kids would switch off picking the menu and we would eat good food, watch ‘the survival reality show, Naked and Afraid’ and enjoy each other’s company. It was this experience that I became Mama Kim; Mama K and these kids became like my own. Those were some of my best days! Cooking for others is my happy place.
